تولید سیستمهای محافظ ابزار دقیق تحت لیسانس شرکت Intertec Hess GmbH

شرکت بین المللی انتقال فن غرب مفتخر است که با همکاری شرکت آلمانی Intertec Hess GmbH که دارای 50 سال سابقه تولید سیستمهای محافظت از تجهیزات ابزار دقیق میباشد اقدام به تولید باکسها، کابینتها و شِلترهای Intertec با جنس Hot Press GRP بر اساس کلیه استانداردهای معتبر جهان نموده است.

این محصولات شامل راهکارهای جامع محافظت از سیستم‏های ابزار دقیق شامل ترانسمیترها، اکچویتورها، آنالایزرها و... در برابر عوامل محیطی مخرب همانند تابش مستقیم آفتاب (اشعه UV)، محیط‏های اسیدی، نمکی، مرطوب، دمای بالا، سرمای شدید، شعله مستقیم آتش، ضربه، امواج الکترومغناطیس و... می باشد که با بهره گیری از تکنولوژی روز دنیا، از جنس GRP مخصوص و توسط فرایند Hot Pressing تولید شده و در بررسی و آزمایشات جامع فیزیکی و شیمیایی در برترین آزمایشگاه های استاندارد دنیا نتایجی بسیار قابل توجه و حتی برتر از Stainless Steel از خود به معرض نمایش گذاشته است.

همچنین با توجه به طراحی مهندسی High Tech در تولید، این تجهیزات دارای طول عمر بسیار طولانی در شرایط محیطی گوناگون بوده و با استفاده از سیستم های سرمایش و گرمایش (Passive or Active) امکان تثبیت دمای دقیق محیط پیرامون ابزار مورد نظر وجود دارد که باعث افزایش طول عمر تجهیزات، کاهش قابل توجه هزینه های مربوط به تعمیر و نگهداری آنها، صرفه جویی و جلوگیری از خروج ارز جهت جایگزینی تجهیزات و با حذف تأثیر عوامل محیطی باعث بالا رفتن کیفیت نهایی محصول می شود.

DIABOX™ (rear or bottom tube entry)

DIABOX™ is a two-part enclosure with a diagonal opening, providing very easy access to field equipment for maintenance. Tube entry is typically made via the rear or the base. There are three sizes, each of which may be installed vertically or horizontally. When vertically mounted, sizes range from 87 to 187 liters / 3.07 to 6.6 ft3.

MULTIBOX (Top or Bottom Tube Entry)

MULTIBOX is a two-part enclosure that can be mounted vertically or horizontally, and with either the deep or shallow section used as the door (making it easy to access almost every part of the equipment). Instrumentation is usually mounted via C-rails, with tube entry at the top or bottom. Seven standard sizes provide volumes from 25 to 170 liters/0.88 to 6 ft3.

MINIBOX 21 (For Direct Mounting)

This compact enclosure is sized to provide cost-effective housing to protect close-coupled single-transmitter installations from overheating. It can also be equipped to provide freeze protection. Its two-part oblong-shape measures 21.8 x 30 x 38.8 cm (21 litres / 0.74 ft3). A patented design allows both sides of MINIBOX to be made to open around the hinge by - completely exposing the equipment for easy field access.

UNIBOX (Bottom Tube Entry)

UNIBOX is a two-part enclosure with a large top half that folds away to provide open and easy access to the top, front, back and sides of field equipment for maintenance. It is ideal where tube entry needs to be made via the base. There are four sizes ranging from 43 to 63 litres / 1.5 to 2.2 ft3.

Sun Shades and Canopies - To Protect Instruments, Enclosures, Switches

Shades can provide a high degree of protection to field equipment at very low cost. They can shield instrumentation from excess temperature rises that might cause a drift in measurement accuracy (and impact reliability), as well as rain, snow, dust and accidental impact. Shades can provide all the environmental protection required for some applications.In other cases, they can reduce the cost of the cooling systems needed inside protective enclosures. INTERTEC provides two families (SD and DIASHADE) in a large choice of sizes - allowing users to install the optimum shade for any application. A smaller canopy (SD17) suitable for protecting open-air switches and controls is also available.

Light-duty cabinets (IP65 as standard) for free-standing or wall-mounted applications. Available in sizes up to 2 m high, 1.3 m wide, 1 m deep. Double-walled GRP skins with PU foam cores provide excellent durability. C-rails offer excellent mounting flexibility. Underground vaults available.

CLASSIC Cabinets

A concept proven reliable in tens of thousands of applications, with cable entry typically via the bottom or rear. Support posts made from high tensile strength pulltruded GRP provide excellent load-bearing attributes. Integral C-rail or Unistrut mounting allows for easy equipment installation and adjustability. Can be made in almost any size up to heights of typically 3 m. Many variations possible, including floor materials and construction (such as lipped edges for leak resistance).
